Not worth your $22 on the rice bowl. No flavor at all. Overcooked rough meat. I threw my bowl away after taking 2 bites.

Wild root is just about my favorite place in town. I love the originality of the menu. There's always something I'm interested in. And I love how it rotates with the seasons. I had the lettuce wraps, which were amazing. Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal and sweet.

Fantastic atmosphere and service. Both the wait staff and chefs are off the chart. We had the pork belly Bahn mi and it had just the right amount of savory, sweet, protein and spice. Highly recommended.

Seemed like their outdoor patio would be like the neighboring spots but no dogs allowed at this spot.

A very nice spot - the food is varied, delicious and delightfully presented. Plenty of vegetarian offerings, as well as choices for omnivores. They have a great happy hour (Fri and Sat 2-6pm) with some inventive and tasty cocktails.

Had a wonderful experience at Wild Root Café! Sydney provided exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food did take a little longer than expected to come out, but it was absolutely delicious and well worth the wait. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is located on a closed to traffic street with a whole bunch of other restaurants. The staff is friendly and attentive. They get 5 stars. We got sandwiches and soups. The sammies were delicious. The soup arrived cold and had to be sent back for a reheat. It took a while. They have loads of very interesting and fancy expensive coffees. I had to try one, but the flowers decorating the top were difficult to chew so I had to remove them. The coffee itself wasn’t particularly tasty for the price. I expected more but got a taste like all other fancier coffees from any other coffee shop that charged less money. I asked for the largest but got a small mug. I should have said something but was enjoying the company of my friend too much. I don’t think I’ll come back as there are so many other restaurants to try.
