I am experiencing food poisoning . . . Not sure how to follow up but it's not great.

I placed an order and in error I selected pickup instead of delivery. I immediately called and asked to cancel my order, I was told they could not do that. I then asked for a refund and I was told they can not do that either. I asked for a Manager and the worker said he was and would call the GM. Supposedly the GM said I would get a refund in 3-4 days, after 10 days and no refund, I called back and spoke to a very rude woman who said I was out of luck, also said the person I spoke to was not a Manager. She said to call my Bank. I have tried to contact Wingstop twice and I get no response, so use caution at this location because they are very unwilling to help and are not truthful in getting you to a Manager.

Their staff is always very friendly and their food is very excellent đ their wings are always very juicy
Thereâs one person helping customers and she asks 2 times to repeat what you say. 4 people in the back standing around and talking. 8 people in line and cashier keeps making mistakes while wiping her nose and mouth constantly.

Food was good service was good except for the pop machine it was broken for a while. Atmosphere was awful music was so loud felt like a night club we ate inside will never do that again I asked them to turn it down they didn't turn it down that was a bad lunch experience.

This is the WORST experience i have had by far with wing-stop. Im a frequent patron of this location but today was the worst of any experience. Now granted my partner did have some attitude but as someone who works in customer service we are taught to rise above. I ordered a meal deal with mango habanero, Hawaiian, and lemon pepper my partner asked if it was possible to mix flavors and the worker said no then explained and thats fine so we just ordered sauce on the side. I was also with friends who ordered as well. There was a slight disagreement between my partner and the worker who took our order we left it at that not even 5 minutes later our order was ready which was odd. Then we had to wait even longer for my friends to receive theirs and we leave. Come to find out my friends are missing their fries so we drive back to the store and get the fries. My food did look correct but come to find out my wings are wrong with mango habanero instead of Hawaiian. With this happening im more tempted to just drive to meridian from now on.

I ordered a large catering order for next Monday. I guess the way it came over their system showed it was placed for today, so they made the food as such. When they found out it was supposed to be for Monday, they called me and told me that they will still cook my order for Monday, but told me I could pick up the food they made today for free as they didn't want it to go to waste. They didn't have to do that but I am very appreciative! They were very friendly as well!
Wow. iâve never seen such an unorganized fast food restaurant. The guy on register didnât know much english and there was no âtrainerâ to be found. Then forgot part of our order and they choose to do nothing about it. There were also employees on break who were SCREAMING. I hope this company looks for a new manager for this location. Their manager didnât seem to have the proper training or care. I love to pay good money for GOOD service and food, but this was the complete opposite. Also the link for the âcontact usâ button wonât work! Wonât be back.

Super slow and unprofessional service so busy with 4 people on break watching soccer and yelling. Kid working been in country for 1 week and could not get order right manager says he training funny no trainer there helping but ya I get it just wanted a drink since there is no ac and some wings with family go monica for a new guy from somewhere
