I normally don’t complain about these things because I know it can get busy and being short staffed is frustrating. But… I ordered online around 4:00pm. All I ordered was 20 wings, nothing else. I was shown on the website receipt that it would take about 28 minutes. I arrived to the restaurant at 4:31pm. When I walked in, there was only one man working. I sat down and waited. A young girl finally joined him, asked for my name and walked back. More people started coming in, some DoorDash and some to stay and eat. About 10 different orders were in and out. Doordashers who came in to fulfill orders too soon were tended to and I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for my order. The young girl came up again and asked me for my name, AGAIN. I’m not very pleased and super frustrated. I finally received my order at 5:05. I was totally ignored and never got an apology for the wait.

The reason I’m giving a one for service because I have ordered from this restaurant twice and it was my first time ever knowing about this restaurant so the first time when I placed my order online and went inside and got it the owner I’m thinking it was him hand me my order and was very nice and kind. The second time I placed another order online the third day and went inside to pick up my order there was 4 girls just standing in the back looking at me like I was stupid and act like they didn’t want to help me I stand there for like 5 minutes with 4 people just standing there looking at me till the pregnant girl decides to come and I told her I’m here to pick up my online order and she wasn’t nice at all she had a bad attitude and I asked for a drink and she told me wait till some guy came from the bathroom I guess because he came walking from the way just to wait another 10 minutes after that experience that was my last time coming to this restaurant because it doesn’t make sense to have that many people standing there talking and not helping customers just looking at people.

Picked up a delivery through Uber Eats at this location 8/1/25 @ approx 8:30pm. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was fairly busy as several customers were waiting. I checked in with a tall kid at the counter and was informed they are still working on the order. That's understandable and did not mind waiting. However, my wait was 20-25 minutes! In Uber Eats terms, this is rated as an excessive waiting time and I could have justifiably cancelled the order, which would have been a loss of business for the restaurant, not to mention an unhappy customer.

I watched a least 5 other customers come in after me that received their orders long before I did. I noticed a bag was sitting on the pick-up shelf that never seemed to match with a customer that came in. The kid at the counter walked by this bag several times and never even looked at it. I sat there and not a single person on staff even acknowledged me or asked what order I was waiting for. When I finally asked about my order, this same kid went and looked on the shelf and that was my order just sitting there for the past 10-15 minutes! There had to have been 8ppl working and no one one even noticed.

Who is accountable for the serious lack of customer service at this store location? Manager? Shift leader? Anyone? Step it up!

Honestly it's hit or miss the wings I got this time were better but the last ones I got were dry as hell could defiantly tell they had been under a heat light for way to long this time they were still overcooked but at least they were edible. I will say their sauces are good lots of choices at least. Overall very meh.

I placed an order and in error I selected pickup instead of delivery. I immediately called and asked to cancel my order, I was told they could not do that. I then asked for a refund and I was told they can not do that either. I asked for a Manager and the worker said he was and would call the GM. Supposedly the GM said I would get a refund in 3-4 days, after 10 days and no refund, I called back and spoke to a very rude woman who said I was out of luck, also said the person I spoke to was not a Manager. She said to call my Bank. I have tried to contact Wingstop twice and I get no response, so use caution at this location because they are very unwilling to help and are not truthful in getting you to a Manager.

There’s one person helping customers and she asks 2 times to repeat what you say. 4 people in the back standing around and talking. 8 people in line and cashier keeps making mistakes while wiping her nose and mouth constantly.

Food was good service was good except for the pop machine it was broken for a while. Atmosphere was awful music was so loud felt like a night club we ate inside will never do that again I asked them to turn it down they didn't turn it down that was a bad lunch experience.
