This location has staffing issues and has for a long time. I have weathered through it because the manager is nice and I like the chicken nuggets. I placed an order for pick up, money came out of my account, but no one was there when I arrived. If the location has no, or limited staff turn off the online ordering!That being said I was refunded, so they didn't rip me off just really annoyed me!

They charge to have it wrapped in lettuce with no bun…..why there’s lettuce on it! But besides that craziness the burger I had was dry as can be.

One star only because the fries were the best I have ever had. Minus 4 stars because we were the only customers in the facility and every single table was dirty. I had to find a napkin (there was only one on the counter!) to wipe down the table with. They were out of a majority of their food items - that could be due to supply chain issues, but that is a generous excuse. Sticky floors, dirty tables, lack of menu items but awesome fries. Not a place to come back to unless I need a severe fry fix.

Just gross. Had the good burger and the good sauce on it is disgusting. There was no one in there when we went and the workers were just sitting around even though the place is nasty. I'm all for taking breaks but if the entire floor and half the tables are sticky and have food on them, you really should be cleaning. The also need to get different cleaner. That should not be the strongest smell in a restaurant. Do NOT eat here.

Went in on a hot summer day and the air conditioner was not working. Went to sit our elderly parents at a table somee could then go.order and there was not one clean table even though no one else was in there and the worker was just sitting on the couch. Then she let us know they were out of tomatoes and many other items so we left and I think they were fine with it.

Sticky floor, dirty tables even though it was completely empty, \\\"good\\\" sauce on the burger tasted like it'd been sitting out in a hot kitchen for a couple days, I was more comfortable outside in 90° weather than in the overly hot stinky restaurant. Will not be returning.

To start off me and a co worker came in went up to the counter, the 1 worker that was there came up to take our order. My co worker ordered the crispy sandwich, burger, fries and a drink. The Goodburger worker then let us know there was no ice and that the drinks were warm. we ordered anyway. I then ordered a burger fries drink and mozzarella sticks. we then went and sat down. when she brings our food she sat the tray down for my co worker and said we were out of crispy chicken so you got grilled. She didn't even ask if that was ok just assumed it was. The food was not good the burger was way over done and the fries and mozzarella sticks were also way over fried.

Wife just had an MRI so we figured we would try somewhere new. Walked into the facility and there was no one in the dining area. The one employee who was working was also the new manager from what she had said. Made a light hearted joke about "not being their busy time". She than told us "it's never busy here." It did seem as we were interrupting her break time. The floors were sticky and every table in the dining area was filthy. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and my wife a salad. We walked around to find a clean table but didn't see one. There weren't any napkins in the whole dining area for us to even use let alone clean off a table. We found a table but as I went to pull the chair out it was literally stuck to the floor!! When it came to food the burger wasn't the issue but my wife's salad came in a plastic to go container. Right away you could see over half of the lettuce was welted and the whole bottom of the salad looked like it had sat in water. She ended up tossing it. The fries were clumped together and some of the middle of the clump was raw. My wife had asked her if we could have some napkins but she had her ear phones in so she had to ask a few times!! To top it off we were ready to throw away our trash but the two trash cans were FULL...in an empty restaurant! Very very disappointed and won't be returning anytime soon.

I used to frequent Good Burger prior to Covid, when Nick was still involved with the Franchise so it's been a few years. I went to this location and ordered the Nick Burger. The burger and fries were great, the small two person staff were nice. The facility was filthy. In fact I almost reported them to the health department. It was in desperate need of a cleaning. The bathroom was filthy, the dining area floor desperately needed a deep cleaning, and the tables hadn't been wiped down at all. I got my food to go.

Higher disappointed ? I'm from out of town and was very much looking forward to tasting \"GoodBurger\", but the location was closed. There were new hours on the door, but the doors were locked. Sad to say that I did not get to try them. Hope all is well, since all other patrons did not know why the location was closed.
Love Goodburger but this store does not know how to update their hours on google (or the physical store). I showed up at 7:45pm on a Saturday and they were closed. Google said open till 10, the store said open till midnight on Saturday.

Nothing like the \\\"good burger\\\" from Nickelodeon. Food was cooked perfect. One man crew handled lunch with ease. A little heavy on the seasoning.
