I prefer ordering online and just picking up the food as opposed to dining at the restaurant. We ordered from the subway in Buhl, ID and the food was good. They didn't cut one of the sandwiches but other than that there were no complaints :) Subway remains one of my favorites. I do wish the online ordering experience worked a little better though. Both the app and the website will occasionally freeze on the payment page and one time it even charged me three separate times...
Came in for a pickup order today at lunch time. The restaurant was packed, there were only two younger girls running the place and they did a fantastic job with everything!! Great customer service, cool calm and collected, super positive and polite.
It's alrightEdit: Now days, the service is actually good. The sandwiches are good, fresh (as far as I know), and they build the sandwich quickly. I always get a customized sandwich, but I would give the sandwiches on the menu a try.
