We just left the drive thru line, after being ignored by the twice girls working. They took our order, and then ignored us in the drive thru with our ice cream sitting there melting. Their girls were too busy loading ice into the soda machine and laughing with each other. We ordered a large shake, a small shake, and a kids cone. We waited 15 MINUTES THERE WITHOUT PAYING OR AKNOWLEDGEMENT. What a waste of our time. I get it, these workers are probably young and making 12 an hour, but there should be someone with some customer service training there to know how to actually treat your customers. Do better.

Every single one of the young girls who work here need a reminder that they are being paid to treat customers with respect. Even the ones who may go to school in the area that they don’t like. The giggling with the mic on and making customers feel uncomfortable is not okay.
Also making TikTok videos for customers to see and feel unwelcome probably isn’t the best idea either. Horrible young staff. The older employees are great. Do better. Extremely dissatisfied.

If someone blindfolded me and read the menu to me I would've thought we were eating at Arctic circle... Good was pretty good, our service was very friendly. We had 12 people and everyone's order was correct.

I enjoy Burgers Etc. The food is just like Arctic Circle and very enjoyable.
Called in to place an order for pickup, and the lady on the phone just had the shittiest attitude. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere 👍🏻 Edit* clearly from the multitude of reviews saying the same thing, whoever works here in the evening has a horrible attitude. Would probably be a wise decision to address that owners.

I love the rupert one more ngl. This one isn't bad just sometimes the staff can be super rude. Or they rush everything and get it overcooked/missing things. I got a fudge sunday for my friend and it literally had less than half a pump of chocolate on it. Could hardly tell it had any chocolate on it. Next time just say ur out of fudge.
