I don't want to leave such a horrible rating. I love Burgers etc. The food, the price, and the people are always great. Tonight, however, I was disappointed and a little grossed out. I ordered a taco salad (one of my favorites) and when I received it, it was swimming in a moat of brown water. I would definitely take it back, but we live in the country and it's almost time for the restaurant to close.
Even though this has put me off a bit, I still will go back.

Tonight around 8:30 my family and I stopped in. I haven’t lived here for over 10 years and always remembered how delicious burgers was growing up.
I asked a question about something on the menu. The girl taking my order was very kind but the girl who was running the cash register mocked me for my question and laughed. I could see her through the window laughing, it was very clear what she was saying…. I apologized for upsetting them. When we pulled up to the window the girl running the cash register walked away, leaving the other girl to take my payment for her. I am sure she knew I had caught her making fun, and was embarrassed… Super sad and disrespectful!

This is a local hangout for kids and teens. The burgers are over priced for what you get. The staff all look like they are on work release from jail. The only thing that saved this from a 1 star was the tots were fresh.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!
There was probably 2 groups of people that came in at once and by the actions and the attitude of the girl behind the counter one would think the world was ending and the building was about to come down!
First of all we ordered our food that came out 15 minutes later cold! (Again only 3 groups of people in the restaurant and we were the first)
Second they got the order wrong. (The only thing wrong was we got a side of fry’s instead of tots that we ordered)
I kindly with a little skip in my step walked to the counter and asked if I could get the tots i ordered (I even had the unordered frys in my hand) and you would have thought I was robbing this place at gunpoint! She immediately told me “no I put them on your tray” so I kindly said “we didn’t even order regular fry’s we ordered curly fry’s and tots” so she decided to turn around and ignore me while I stood there, then after what felt like a year and a half she looked back at me and argued that she gave us tots so I walked back to my table grabbed my entire try of food brought it up to the counter with the receipt in hand and assured her there was no tots! Then after ignoring me again she said they’d get me some tots so I went back to my table to enjoy my cold food that I spend $40 on for 2 people and another 7 and a half minutes later she screamed “your tots are done” and so I got up from my frigid meal to retrieve my longly awaited tots and she slammed them on the counter with a glare on her face and said “here are your tots” and I kindly said thank you and finished my frozen meal as her and her coworkers loudly mocked us from behind the counter!
If you are still here reading this just know that if you had any wonders about going out to eat at burgers etc and you want to be treated the same way as a chow line in the state prison this is your place!
If I could give 0 stars I would and now you can bet you’re little Bippy I will never be returning to this middle school cafeteria of a restaurant ever!
Exactly what you would expect out of a place with $6 burgers. Variety of seating style options. Definitely get the curly fries. Ordered inside but wouldn’t recommend going through the drive through just from the eavesdropping I did. Good view of two different car washes!

So maybe the speaker doesn’t work correctly but I ordered a Oreo fudge milkshake, but when I got home I found out that they put Pepsi in the milkshake instead of fudge…. I do not have a speech impediment. They never asked for clarification for the weird order. They both smiled at the window and I didn’t think anything of it till I returned home and understood. When the adult workers are there during the daytime the drive through has always ran great. The kids that run it at night don’t seem to understand what’s going on tho. Possibly an honest mistake but food was wasted and money lost.

Stopped by through town, my first time visiting here. The staff were friendly. They said "Everyone comes here" which I whole heartedly believe. Very lovely, homey, and genuine atmosphere.
