Wow... we found this "hole in the wall" food-truck on 4th of July and it was an amazing experience. Definitely authentic, better have some rudimentary Spanish ready as well as not all the people in the food truck speak English. Amazing food, so good, drinks can be bought in the adjacent market. Perfect tacos. Corn tortillas were rich. Chicken delicious. Staff incredibly friendly. I go there every time I’m passing through Burley when driving between seattle and salt lake.Parking: Right in front and across the street.
