First time eating here and we liked it! The service was quick and the food was hot and tasty! The double 1/2 lb double cheeseburger was juicy and delicious. The chicken strip baskets had 4 strips which was a pleasant surprise. Slightly higher priced than expected.Only downside is they only give 1 fry sauce per meal and it’s $.35 for any extras.Kid-friendliness: Restaurant was clean and quiet with soft music in the background. They have wooden high chairs and plastic booster seats.The kids meal is like $6.50 so I don’t know if it was worth it
I always get nervous going to any place lately. I swear 9 out of 10 someones going to be rude or give me the wrong answer. My visit wasnt too bad. I always appreciate a smile and some personality in service. Food was great. Cashier seemed a little irritated I added onion rings. Over all I would return.
Horrible customer service going through the drive thru. Young lady charging at window was very nice, but older lady taking orders through the microphone needs some customer service lessons. Not the first time same lady is rude. Makes me not want to go back.
The food was a replica of Arctic Circle restaurant, it was ok but not fabulous, the fries and onion rings were good but the burgers were a little wet doggish. It cost me around $55 for 11 burgers when they were on sale for $2.49 after 3o clock and 1 double with bacon , 2 onion rings and 1 curly fry and a regular fri and 2 corn dogs. This fed 10 people.
Great food and service can be better, but I understand people have their days overall 4 stars.Kid-friendliness: They have little saddles for the kids to sit and eat.
Absolutely ridiculous!!! We go to order and get attitude because we can’t see the menu because of the people on front of us. So then we finally order and get a side of ranch with two sandwiches and fry and down the road from our home we find that the ranch had split all over our food because the girl didn’t close it. She threw it in there and it broke open most likely, careless. Absolutely no care when we called back. Always go to the Rupert burgers if you want better food, better service, and kinder people.Dietary restrictions: Greasy

My family and I went in to have lunch we were in the area so we decided to have lunch keep in mind these where my stomping grounds growing up moved away 23 years ago so I was excited to grab some good ol grub from back in the day man the young girl at the front counter was not having a good day everything we order or even asked for bugged her with the rolling of the eyes from the heavy breathing it was though not to say anything to her but I didn't so we won't be going back to the Burley location but I will return to the Rupert location still 1 of my favorite places to eat
This is a fun local gem that is worth visiting when you are in town.
