The food is -almost- always perfect and the price is very reasonable! The portions are so huge we share and still have at least one or two more meals left!

The food was not fresh, beef sauce tastes like salty Salisbury steak frozen food and no egg drop soup. Chicken noodle was the only soup and I was looking forward to a Chinese restaurant experience. Best part was egg rolls and pork and seeds, the sauces tasted old and anything I asked for they mentioned it would add another 30 minutes. Great staff and restaurant, the food was not much in quality or freshness packing vegetables and meat. Minimal hard to find ham in ham fried rice and no chicken or veggies in $20 plate of chicken pan fried noodles. I hope they can try other authentic Chinese restaurants for some ideas to help. Only high price options no a la cart sides.

Food was good with good size portions but that was the only good thing they seated my party of 3 adults 1 child my mother being disabled up stairs. The restaurant was not worth the hour and thirty mins it took to get our food or the greaf the waitress gave us. when ordering saying we should only order two plates cause its alot of food we've been here before i know we eat the left overs" that's still alot of food" we still all ordered our own plates like always then with my food i asked for the soup to give to my 17 month old it comes with the meal I ordered. The reponse i got was. "oh she wont eat it itll just go to waist i was just gonna bring her some crackers to eat" excuse me my child loves soup and finished it along with the two pks of crackers rice and noodles when we got our food and gave her a little off our plates going yummmmmm the whole time. she cant just live off crackers for dinner. then when we did get our food we only got 2 plates we had to wait another ten mins for the 3rd. the place wasn't busy and people were getting there food before us that came in after that had more people to there party then our 3 adult 1 toddler party we had. they had 4 people working 2 in back 2 serving they were staffed. They may have good food but it will be awhile before we go back twice in a row of slow service waiting over and hour and half both times to go to the counter for refills,for a bill or to get any service the only times we really sa our waitress was to take our order check on us once cause it had been and hour and bring us our food i was not amusedWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp on back to get in the building but you can only sit in the upper seating and can go to the front counter to pay with out leaving the building and going around as server dosent come to the table as often as she should

We called in an order the pick up time was an hour and a half out…we got there at the time we were told to be there. We did not get food for over an hour after that time. People came in and ordered after us got their food. No compensation at all. We called at 5:18 told to pick up at 6:25 got our food at 7:30. That is ridiculous…I love their food but probably will not go back.

Been sitting here 35 minutes now still no food. One other person in restaurant. Ordered after us. Getting his food first. There is only 3 people in here. Cook just started cooking 20min after our order was put in. This place has gone downhill. Update, got up and left, went to canton instead, haven't even been here 5 minutes ordered egg rolls and they were out within a couple minutes. And much better pricing also.

Bal and Anna are the best in customer service. The food was a little slow coming out but good overall.
Best Chinese hands down in Burley and possibly Southeastern Idaho. They were short staffed the day we went in but it was well worth the wait. The BEST!!!!
