I was in today the guy in the drive thru was being rude he was giving bad customer service they were all bunched up doing nothing just talking and I ordered bbq strips and didn’t get my ranch no sauces the window was shut right away and walked away. Not the first time they do this.

Took 30 minutes to get an ice cream and a fry order. Told the cashier at the counter I had been waiting 30 minutes and he walked away from me. Told another employee I wanted my food or I wanted a refund. They grabbed my ice cream and a cold stale fry. There was plenty of help but no one seemed to know what they were doing and no organization. Worst and most expensive dairy queen.

Overstuffed our bags as soon as we got to the car our bag ripped food spilled everywhere My mom went back in to go ask for another bag and she let them know that hey our food also spilled all over the place they didn't offer to redo our order or anything that didn't even say sorry

We went through the drive thru and the guy taking our orders seemed very judgemental about the way we requested a number 5. Since I can't have bread or many vegetables I asked to have them without it. He kept questioning it and having an attitude with it. He also had an earbud in so we had to repeat ourselves. My friends requested honey mustard and other sauces. We didn't get them. We also didn't get any napkins. My friend also found a hair in her burger.

DQ is in need of an update. There's one teen who works there who's great, but, the other one's wander around and seem to be doing ... not much? And the others are rude.Also, there icy machine is broken and has been broken for sometime. And DQ isn't cheap if you are going there with your family your spending some hard earned cash. SO, teenagers with attitude and being out of "many" different things, I kept hearing "we're out of that" is really ? not ok. I'm pretty sure DQ can do better!

Dairy Queen has gone straight downhill since con sold! Service sucks, takes forever, never have anything on the menu.
Unable to order last night or tonight because door dash says there is an issue and tried a bunch of times to call but get a recording saying the person You're trying to reach doesn't have voicemail. Just disappointed because I really want a fish sandwich and can't drive after dark. Oh well.

I went to get a snicker blizzard no hello and the Kymberlyn was preoccupied talking to another employee. She handed us the blizzard and closed the window as my husband was saying Thank you. Then we started eating the blizzard and it was not blended all the chocolate was on top. Very disappointing. Why go to a restaurant and pay almost $7 something and don't get to eat it. Will not be back this is not the first time this happens at this place.
