Tacos Amador | Mexican offers great customer service and amazing food. The owner provides homemade salsa and roasted peppers. The carne asada burrito, al pastor, and carnitas street tacos are all prepped and cooked exactly how they should be. The handmade tortillas are the best, literally perfect, and set them apart. Tacos consistently taste fresh and flavorful, not oily or overcooked. Agua frescas like watermelon and pina taste like fresh fruit and are not too sugary. The elote in a cup with everything on it is so good. Portions are generous with plenty of meat. The food has amazing flavors and combinations of spices. This is the best Mexican restaurant in the Burley area, no question. Customers have tried tacos from 27 different places and this came out on top. It is a favorite, and people would eat there every day if possible.
