This 3rd time I got lobster Mac and it tasted like velveeta. I’m disappointed. If I’m going to spend this kind of money I’d prefer boathouse.

EdgeWater Dining and Spirits is a lovely restaurant with a unique location offering stunning water views. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the drinks and food are great. While service can sometimes be slow, attentive and accommodating staff can make a big difference. The Ribeye dinner is a standout, cooked and seasoned to perfection. Recent reviews indicate mixed experiences with the food. Some customers found certain dishes lacking in seasoning, such as the salmon and mussels, while others praised the steak and eggs for being cooked to perfection. The restaurant has a limited menu but offers a gorgeous building and a delightful crème brûlée that many consider a must-try. Despite some challenges, EdgeWater has the potential for a pleasurable dining experience, making it a nice spot to decompress after a long day.
