My server was sweet and on it but didn't know much about the menu and had to run back to the kitchen 4 separate occasions before ordering - I couldn't ask a question without hesitation to leave before I could ask the next - totally fine but basic questions concerning the menu and how it's prepared to the recipe for allergy reasons.

We stayed at the Hilton Nextdoor and we’re happy to be able to walk to the Edgewater.. Tuscan chicken was fabulous..

EdgeWater Dining & Spirits offers an elegant yet casual atmosphere with extraordinary river views and a boat dock. The food is amazing, with generous portions. Specific meals mentioned include soup, salad and half club sandwich, clam chowder, mexican flatbread, flatbread pizza, porter house steak medium, garlic mashed potatoes, creamy broccoli soup, and a tangaray gin martini. The club sandwich had toasted buttered bread, and the mexican flatbread was very good. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Servers provided excellent customer service, were patient with special food needs, and suggested sample sizes for beers and local sights. For those with a gluten allergy, this place takes it seriously. The drinks are reasonably priced. The Owners even came over and greeted guests. Highly recommend this restaurant.
