Burley’s KFC does a special on Tuesdays. You would think they have chicken available for that special ESPECIALLY during dinner hours between 5-6:30 when they’ll get the most service. I arrived shortly before 6, they told me it would be a 20-25 minute wait and I was okay with that, I told them I’d wait out front. 40 minutes later after not receiving my food I went in to ask. The staff all distracted, hardly working, started to apologize and the girl that took my order had the audacity to say “I told them it would be a 20 minute wait’ 😤 I have a hungry family waiting at home and if this is your special, you should definitely have it already ready to serve under a 20 minute wait. I will not be visiting again and I’ll suggest the same for others.

The best chicken sandwich. It tastes amazing with the pickles on it. Crunchy pickles. Great price. Great price and the sandwich makes a great meal with some of KFC'S coleslaw.

Forgot the gravy. Mom went back. The manager took the receipt and called my 75 year old mother a liar. Wouldn’t let her have her receipt back. She’s a regular that goes weekly and sometimes buys for other families who are less fortunate. Not the way a business should run. Have made it public to corporate. Next time just give the old lady her gravy.

The floors were filthy. The entry way doors were disgusting. No toilet paper in the ladies room. 2 customers waiting and the workers were just hanging in the back kitchen chit chatting. Waited at least 5 minutes before they realized we were there.. it was the worse kfc I've ever been to
