The floors were filthy. The entry way doors were disgusting. No toilet paper in the ladies room. 2 customers waiting and the workers were just hanging in the back kitchen chit chatting. Waited at least 5 minutes before they realized we were there.. it was the worse kfc I've ever been to

we went there over labor day and got chicken to go for the mountains.. the place did not look clean inside or out. it needs a deep cleaning.

The KFC in Burley. Idaho never carries the advertised items that they show on TV. I'm so disappointed in the Burley KFC for not selling the advertised items. I basically have stopped going there. I guess they don't want my business.

We attempted to give this location another shot tonight. We haven't eaten here in about 2 years as the last time we did, all of us were running to the restroom. I ordered ahead online and when I arrived, my order wasn't ready. Ok, fine, a few minutes, no big deal. No, I waited for almost an hour, was handed the wrong order and missing my sides. One of the employees said they were out of extra crispy breasts, and asked if I wanted original. I told them no, I wanted extra crispy as I ordered. Settled on an extra thigh. But her attitude when I did not accept the original recipe was not appreciated. Safe to say, this was our last time eating at this location.
They need to change their oil. Chicken was greasy and tasted like dirty oil.

They gave us cold food before closing and didn’t give us a receipt wouldn’t pick up the phone after I had called multiple times to get my sandwich replaced and yet nothing.

They got our order wrong. By the time we drove all the way back our food was cold. 2 other customers at the store told us they always have the same problem. They get home and there order is wrong. It's just to bad they can't get good

Tonight my husband and I stopped by to get dinner for our kids. The cashier who took our order was especially kind and courteous as he took our order and then proceeded to prepare our food. We could tell he honestly found joy serving us which is hard to find, especially in a fast food atmosphere. We really appreciated the way he made us feel.
