When I went into the Burley Pizza Hut the Customer Service was absolutely awful! I ordered a salad and when the salad bowl was empty I notified the manager it was empty (had not even made my salad yet) he acted as if it was such an inconvenience! The salad was FROZEN! The salad bar was empty! Frozen vegetables! Absolutely disgusting! I paid $8 for frozen lettuce and cheese because everything was out of stock! Outrageous!

The manager is super rude and aggressive towards his employees I heard him when I went in to pick up my pizza makes me super upset😡my kid heard to highly unprofessional that’s no way to manage a store I worked at a place like that for 4 years what’s with all these managers taking there issues and anger out on there employees do better

At the Burley, ID store, the female with the pink hair was bad mouthing another worker in front of everyone!!! Not to mention she was very rude to the following customers after myself!!!

THISSS PLACE STINKS , ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE , PIZZA HUT CLAIMS TO BE BETTER THAN EVERY PIZZA STOP . WELL LET ME TELL YOU THIS , I would take a gas station pizza before I order from this location again . None of the food looks like it’s supposed from the app . Yea not all of it will look commercial but I got my order from pick up and not only to find two of my items weren’t even their but they still charged me , I called and they told me they would get me some new fresh ones , not even 15 mins later they give me some and their cold and stale looking . Not to mention the ALL PEPPORONI pizza i got didn’t even have pepperoni !! HOW DO YOU MISS THE MAIN Ingredient . THIS IS ABSURD . PLEASE IF YOU ENJOY SPENDING YOUR MONEY WISELY , DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION : I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION . IF YOU LOVE YOUT MONEY GO To DOMINOES , THEY HAVE THE BEST DEALS AND BEST SERVICE IN THIS TOWN !

this place never answers their phone. when i call o have to call multiple times because they never like to answer the phone. when i go into the restaurant it takes someone around 5 minutes to even notice that im standing there waiting to be helped. i understand working in fast food is difficult but the people who work there are so rude and don’t have very good customer service. i would recommend not coming to this restaurant.

There was very little sauce in the pizza when delivered. I called to talk to them and the person who answer the phone said she was going to get the manager. I waited on hold for a while and then it hung up. Tasted terrible

When we arrived they have a wait to be seated sign now so we did as the manager Cora was making a salad said she would be right with us. Then she made a couple circles then went in the back, came out did she would be right with us. Then more people came in she said again as she is just going in circles doing nothing "I'll be right with you guys" followed immediately by "seat yourselves" So we did. Then she went to the people who came in behind us and got their drinks, took their order. They were half way through their food before we got ours. She never came to back to ask if we needed refills or anything else. I was going to get a salad but as we were standing there forever waiting to be seated I could see the lettuce was brown and almost gone. As we left I saw they had refilled the lettuce with more brown lettuce. We are so done with them.

Staff there is always slammed and busy but they are fantastic. They're very attentive they pay attention. Great staff good food.
The dining room has been remodeled since I last dined in. It's quite nice. The service was fast and the food was very tasty.
