Me and my family were getting drinks and this one girl with pink hair i think was getting our order and she was very rude and snarky. I will go back but I will not have her taking my order.
I come in occasionally because my boyfriend got me a reloaded gift card and this morning it seemed like there was a new girl working and I noticed this lady getting quite upset because her drink was supposed to be hot and not cold and I'd just like to say I hope when you're getting your coffee in the morning even if they make mistakes please be nice to the employees alot of times they are in a huge rush and trying to do way too many things at once they're doing...
All that matters is that the only individual working here is, Faith and they’re holding it down like a pro. It’s Extremely stressful making my 4 drinks that I ordered online while there is a 6 person line waiting. It’s not fair they’re working alone on a weekend. I’m giving them a 5 star review, not the management.
