The fast food service in burley is horrible. Bunch of farmers kids who don't want to work. One kid was about 3 scripts deep on Xanax. Then the bread is either the previous days bread or is over done. Either way don't eat here or any other fast food in burley. Bunch of millennials who can't

The worst, honestly. I don’t know why I keep going back but this was my last straw! After a bad experience waiting 45+ additional mins AFTER my sandwich got marked as “ready” for pickup a few weeks ago, I decided to give this location another shot tonight. I paid $2 extra for bacon and I literally got 3 slices for my entire footlong. I also didn’t get cheese or mayonnaise. My order isn’t complicated… but I had a dry lettuce and tomato sandwich that somehow got wrapped up and put on the shelf for pick up. I understand minor mess ups, but come on! 0/5 stars.

unwelcoming tone, service and attitude, couldn't remember what we wanted. We ordered two sandwiches received one, returned for the second and received terrible attitude from the female with long eyelashes and many pins. Returned to find out one of the sandwiches weren't even ours.

Food is always great never had a problem. But one of your employees could use some manners and better customer service. Very rude tone, I door dash and I had to come back up to get a drink for a customer and there was no reason to be rude then stares you down walking out of the building. I'm to old for high school kids man, this is a sad new gen.
I am firefighter and our crew needed some food. We called 3 hours ahead to let them know that we were picking up 15 sandwiches and they told us that we had to order 24 hrs ahead. They did not take in consideration that we are helping the community and denied us.

Mar 25th 9:12pmThe young gal in charge of making the sandwiches tonight was extremely rude. We made sure to get there 50 minutes before closing and were pleased to see no one was in the store. The gal threw the change at my nephew, responded with showing annoyance in doing anything , & made it clear that we "got there too late"We are in the food industry ourselves and understand how stressful it can be at times but the way she treated us is 100% innacceptable. She shouldn't be representing Subway in such way.This was our first time here in Burley, & after reading the reviews know this incident is isolated. My nephews are very polite and well mannered and the little girl working needs to learn some pointers on how to respect everyone , even if they are younger than her.
