Not really one to complain. I’ve been a server for nine years so I’m really not one to complain. I called at 9:10 to make an order to go no answer out of the three times I called. I come to the drive thru at 9:40 no answer. Try to go inside straight locked the door on me. Mind you your hours say closing at 10. If y’all wanna close early change your damn hours. This was extremely unprofessional. Not to mention y’all barely answer the phone during day hours.

The food is good, and we didn't have a horribly long wait even though they were busy. No greeting, they just stare at you like hurry up. I asked a question and it wasn't answered. Their tacos are good, but the corn tortillas are awful on our Togo plate. Asked for nachos with meat and jalapeños. I had to ask for the jalapeños and that's what I got chips with meat, nothing else on them.

The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very generous - but the service wasn't great. I sat in the drive thru (as the only car) for over 8 min before anyone took my order or even addressed that I was there, and although I asked what came on an item (as I don't care for the flavor tomatoes) they didn't say it had tomatoes on it but it came with them when I received it. The food was so good though, I'll be back the next time I'm passing through.

Best customer service!! I thought they closed at 10:30pm so I called to place an order at 9:50pm they close at 10:00pm they still took my order and were so nice about it. They kept the door open until I got there and everyone was nice when I picked up the order and the food of course is always delicious! As my toddler said "mmmm licious nachos!"
I went in and ordered some chips and salsa and when I got home I opened up my bag to a container full of ketchup. They gave me ketchup instead of salsa. I’ve ordered salsa from here before and this is not what it normally looks like.

But I will still go back and give them another try everybody has an off day once in awhile. I am a new (3 years) resident of Eastern idaho, (pocatello) but ever since I stopped at Taco Bandido I always go whenever I am nearby! I love their chicken strip burritos and their bean burritos!!! I'd recommend going there!I've never been inside but the drive through is definitely worth it! Now the wait time for the drive through is 20ish minutes at times but I'd wait an hour for that food!Reasonably priced and they are always nice to me!!Tldr; definitely would recommend!!!
