“I have to give a big shout-out to the manager. I ordered 2 pizzas last night carryout. I live 30 miles from Caldwell. When I got home and opened the box, it looked disgusting. I doctored one to eat as I was hungry. Today, Saturday, I took the other one back and showed the person at the ordering desk. He said he would get his manager for me to talk to. The manager took a look at it and said he would make me a new one. Will take about 15 minutes. He never questioned anything. I just wish I would have not eaten the other one. This one looked good and was good.“

“We showed up with 11 people in our party tonight (Dec 21st) and the staff on shift did everything they could to accommodate us. They were gracious and sweet. From the host and hostess to our waitress (Toni) and all the other staff we spoke to, I can’t say enough how much we appreciated them. The food was great too! “For a to-go spot, this place is the GO TO spot!!! Of course, the wings speak for themselves. Incredible as always, but honestly, the service and attention from the staff is phenomenal. It’s nice when customer service is taken seriously and this place knocks it out the park. This surprised me due to the fact that it’s a to-go spot, but the staff made it feel like a full-service restaurant. You can get wings anywhere, but not customer service like this! I definitely will be visiting again when I’m back in town!“

“like the pizza but it is virtually impossible to order anything through the app or website. Constantly get messages that something went wrong, or access denied. Seems to gain every time. Seems like they could pick one of their drivers at random and they could create a more reliable website, even while they are making deliveries. The staff at this location more than make up for the company’s technical shortcomings though.“
