We have had 2 very different experiences at this Pizza Hut. We dined in with our grandchildren on New Years Eve. Our server was amazing even though she was running to take care of everyone. Our pizzas were delicious.We ordered pizza for pickup a week ago. The pizza was no comparison to the one we received when dining in. The stuffed crust was skimpy on cheese, the top of the pizza lacked sauce, veggies and cheese on about 1/3 of it. What happened!? We will give them 1 more...read full review
I just had the best service from this Pizza Hut on 10th in Caldwell ID.I am allergic to pineapples - like Deadly allergicThere was a couple loose pineapple pcs loose in the box so they made & delivered a new personal pan pizza to me.They seriously are the best. They also noted on our account the allergy.

While dining at Pizza Hut, we experienced excellent service from the entire staff. The food came out relatively quick but wasn't up to par when compared to other places near Pizza Hut. The atmosphere was alright as the restaurant was mostly empty since it was a little later at night, but it was good overall.Parking: There were plenty of parking spots behind the Pizza hut so you wouldn't have to walk far after parking to enter.
