We ordered the party platter today for a work lunch and our staff couldn’t have been more excited! I’ve loved the brisket at Chop Shop forever but today I had their ribs for the first time and they might be my new favorite. All the meats and sides were delicious, ready when promised and Kris and the staff were so friendly when we came in to pick it up. Highly recommend for a group event! And highly recommend supporting local!

Food was good, the BBQ Sauce was very amazing, I especially liked their Carolina style sauce (probably one of the best I have ever had), the ribs were the perfect amount of tender and firm to allow it to seperate from the bone, the pulled pork was very well shredded and light and paired well with both sauces. The sausage carried a really good spring flavor that reminded me of a Greek cooking style mixed with BBQ (loved it!). The Grenades were my absolute favorite part! They had...

Took the wife here for our anniversary. The hostess was very friendly and seated is right away. We got there about 5:30 and managed to beat the rush.

The quality of the food was excellent. I'm not a huge fan of vinegar, so the sauces were not my favorite, but the pulled pork was super tender and the brisket/heart burger was great.
