For a very small hole-in-the-wall, Chop Shop BBQ delivers excellent smoked meats with creative cooking. We watched the chef pick herbs from his own herb garden. You can't get more fresh than that! We dined in on the outdoor patio. It offers a view of Indian Creek that is peaceful and charming. We highly recommend the Chop Shop.

Great atmosphere and the food was great. We had the pulled pork sandwich (amazingly smoked and seasoned), my youngest had the chicken tenders, and they did not disappoint! The tenders are hand breaded, juicy and seasoned well! I had the prime rib special with scalloped potatoes and an asparagus pesto salad. The prime rib was seasoned well and the scalloped potatoes were made from scratch!! We started with an appetizer called the Grenade, deep fried mashed potatoes! Over all...
