Manager not using Gloves, kept touching / handling the doe and toppings of almost every pizza. I asked if he could put gloves on and he just stared at me and continued to handle food. He kept wiping his hands on his apron, touching keyboard of their computer and handled manager keys, scratched his nose and then continued to prep the doe with his bare hands. I noticed all other food handlers were wearing the proper gloves etc. Every pizza / order if they switched gloves. The manager did not. Idk ifnits because he's training new staff or if he's the only one managing tonight, but I'm disappointed with how he handled food and stared at me with no response when i asked if he could wear gloves or not touch / handle food.

Parking: After going there most of my life, I do like their pizza and their prices on their pizza are pretty good. I had a coupon for a PAN pizza. That's handmade and I used it on pizza. When normally I would order a cheaper pizza? My daughter wanted a pizza that was light and fluffy in t6he bread for the bread part. My kids don't like hard crusts. I agree with them.

Well first had my order say it was delivered to my hotel then called then they couldn’t find my order then I had to chase my order down to get my pizza then I called to talk to a manager and he was very rude to my girlfriend then basically said o your just trying to get a free pizza. So horrible service all the way around. Also told my lady she was being hostile.
Don’t waste your time!!! Made an order online waited an hour, called they said they had 20 orders still in front of us. Not tryna wait 3 hours for a pizza. Go to Idaho pizza 🍕

Overall I have received great pizzas and always get delivery and haven’t had any issues. Sometimes they don’t give me my extra olives when I pay for them but again overall this location has been good to us. Thank you!

Ordered at 8:14pm and my order hasn’t been started so just called the store and learned that it will be at least another 45 minute wait. Wouldn’t have ordered had I known it would be a 2 hour wait (vs the estimated 36-46 minutes).

I have had a few deliveries in the last few months and they have all been disappointing. Every time I have ordered for delivery the food sits for at least 20 minutes before it says it's on its way, then it takes twice as long to deliver. We're maybe 10 minutes from the store. No more than 15 in traffic. A few weeks ago they left it sitting for a "quality check" for 40 minutes. Today I ordered and not only did it take twice as long as it should have, but my pizza was smashed. I wouldn't recommend this Dominos. They also haven't done anything to fix any of it, even after I've emailed their response team through the application.

Had a pizza delivered tonight from Caldwell store, delivery person was very nice,polite,but the pizza was nasty, when you took a bite it was mostly strong tomato sauce,way to much corn meal on the greasey crust and was way over baked,to the point of being black. Not a good pizza at all,and again, to order over the phone,can never understand the person taking the order.
