I absolutely LOVE Mario’s Tacos! The Enchiladas and tacos are so delicious and the salsa is next level! Also, if you are looking for the best Horchata in the valley, this is the place for you! Go check them out! You won’t regret it 😍
Needed a quick bite and was craving some Mexican food. The owners are really nice to start with. We ordered the carne asada tacos and quesadilla. Top tier for a food truck. The salsas they have are almost too perfect. We will definitely try more of their options going forward but first impression this is a very good stop if you are in Caldwell.
