I got the super burrito. It was very tasty.It passed the cheese stretch check, the beans taste fresh, the salsa in it is good, the rice was alright, and I feel it could have used more avocado. My only true complaint would be that the to-go salsa cups barely had sauce in them.Overall, it's a really great burrito, and I want to try the tacos next.
If you are on a long road trip and sick and tired of gas station food, maybe all you have had today is coffee and a granola bar. Well, if you stop here, you are in for a treat. I had a sleeping baby in the car and 5 hour drive ahead of me and I stopped here to grab a burrito. This food truck is classic, has shade, is fast, and has the best burrito I’ve had in years.
