I went to hamburger connection on monday.The twenty seventh of october ordered a finger steak dinner with a side of mushrooms, i received my meal.Didn't look at it.Drove home, opened it up.There were no fries and mind you.I ordered a finger steak dinner with mushrooms on the side.A separate order, She charged me for the complete finger steak dinner plus the order of mushrooms, but that wasn't the worst.I got home opened it up.The fingers tears were extremely cooked.Crusty, the meat was very dry.There was one piece in there about the size of a golf ball.Maybe a little bigger, tore into it couldn't find any meat.It was mushy inside.My dog wouldn't even eat it.It was a terrible, terrible experience.The food, I couldn't even give it a one star.I've eaten there before and it was good.But this time was very disappointing. And they definitely need to change out their oil.The mushrooms tasted nasty.The onion ring that i've got, two onion rings with my dinner.They were nasty.The finger steaks were disgusting.Everything tasted the same.The mushrooms I usually love fried mushrooms.These tasted like old disgusting oil. Come on, hamburger connection, you gotta do better.

The cashier was so rude she looked down on us like was poor just because we asked if we could get ranch for our deep fried mushroom and she said they didn't have ranch and if we wanted extra sauce for the fries it's going to cost extra and she wasn't even respectful to us last time I'm coming here
