I eat a lot of burgers and I gotta say Jack's has the best Philly cheese steak burger I've ever had In my life. Great food!! Great drinks!! (Got the lemonade and unsweetened tea. I will most definitely be back soon.

Such great customer service. I live in Middleton and was stopping to run some errands downtown. I was kindly greeted by Fabian who took my order and was patient while I ultimately decided on the chicken sandwich. Food was yummy and so was the service!

Great experience, from the moment I walked through the door! Jay greeted me and took our order. She was polite, professional and so cheery and kind!!! The burgers are hand pressed, not frozen patties! Everything was great and I can't wait to return.

Kept driving by and finally stopped in with my two boys. It had been a long day and they were stir crazy and hungry. Victor was working the register and when I tell you every place needs a Victor!! He laughed and joked with the kids. He helped us figure out what we wanted. My youngest is autistic and loves his burgers in a very weird specific way. Victor took the time to make sure it was put in the correct way for him. His smile alone was true and kind. The food was delicious, everyone was kind and we will be back to try the milkshakes but what made this place remarkable and rememberable was the service that was provided. Victor I hope you see this, from a very tired mom, THANK YOU!!!!

My family and I love this place! We live about 2 hours away and one day decided to stop in. The food was amazing staff absolutely wonderful and an experience that you can't get anywhere else that I know of. I delayed my return trip this past time just to stop in to get their loaded tater tots which are my absolute favorite thing on the menu! If you don't stop to see them you are missing out!

I'm a local student at CoI and I walk here every now and then to get a double jalapeño burger + banana shake.
The staff are super nice and prompt, the foods delicious, and it has plenty of cozy outdoor seating. The prices are very good too.

Been here once before and loved it, ordered takeout tonight and I ordered a chz burger and a double chz burger for my spouse. Looks like they gave me a kids chz burger (the bun was different & pretty small) and my partner has a good normal sized burger. Pretty disappointed. Was looking forward to having a good burger after a rough day.
