Overall the experience was decent but I felt so bad for the ladies serving us the sun was just beaming on them. District needs to install a sunshade in this building. You can't sit down to eat without getting a headache and I was wearing my sunglasses. Not only.is it unsafe for it to be blinding your employees but it makes the atmosphere awful to be in which is sad because I love Jersey Mike's. PLEASE INSTALL SUN SHADES!!!!! FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS BUT MOST OF ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!

What a great experience and team. You could tell they were very busy because of how many sandwiches were on the counter being made. They kept their cool, took my order, even noticed my little man asking for some bacon. The sandwiches were tasty as usual. Good job guys!

Staff is always friendly , helpful and inviting. Store is clean. Loa was friendly, engaging ,prompt yet took great care with my sandwich to ensure great presentation. Thank you Caldwell J. M. Crew you all are awesome.
