Koenig Distilling is producing some excellent whiskey, in addition to their gin, vodkas and brandy.
If you've never tried their products, give them a shot, you're missing out on a quality local product.

Koenig Distillery offers a picture-perfect day with unmatched views and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Visitors enjoy Limited Release tastings and mini cocktail flights at the Whiskey Club, featuring fantastic whiskey and vodka like the honey bourbon and huckleberry vodka. The classy yet comfortable atmosphere makes it hard to choose from their top-notch spirits. The service is exceptionally knowledgeable, and the experience is truly unique, a must if visiting Idaho. Many guests highlight Helen, who provides amazing service and makes tastings memorable. It’s a remarkable experience worth the trip for a fun night out.
