When we first looked at the menu it seemed like the standard frozen and reheated fare that you find at most diners, but it's obvious that they actually work hard on their food. It's rare to find a no frills diner so remote that is putting out quality food like this. It's obviously a family-run business and the staff were friendly and warm.”

“Don’t let fake 1 star reviews keep you away. There’s a reason that people get their picture put up on the wall and it’s not for food poisoning. When people fail miserably at adulting in public places and the police have to get involved those people tend to not be welcomed back. As for the bar, it’s a nice, clean little local hangout with a nice small town vibe. It’s non smoking and the food is pretty decent as far as bar eats go. Their burgers and their loaded nachos are my go-to when I stop in. Staff is friendly and they do a good job of periodically checking in with you to see if you need anything. I will concede that they do indeed sell old liquor as the 12 year old single malt scotch is quite tasty.”
