Having grown up in New York City and lived in San Francisco my adult life, I know good Chinese food. This establishment is a gift from the restaurant Gods!

Absolutely amazing. It was like walking into a beloved uncle's family restaurant to enjoy a long-missed and authentic home-cooked meal. My entire family was in awe of Mr. Li's kindness, hospitality, and delicious food!
The perfect place for at peace humans to enjoy the positive aspects of humanity.

Have to mention again how good of a human being Mr. Li is. So welcoming and polite.

It's a food truck near other food trucks. Vegetable chicken without soy was made as requested gluten free. The cook and owner was cordial telling us a little about his story. He was open on July 4th. Soon others showed up for a meal. Prefers cash. Popular area for lunch.

We were traveling through as tourists and decided to give the place a go. We were concerned when we realized there was only a single person running the restaurant but our order was ready quickly and it was delicious! The owner is super friendly. If we ever pass through again, we will eat there again.

My wife and I drove through on our way to Oregon. The food was amazing. We had the shrimp egg rolls, honey almond chicken, and noodles. A very nice surprise.

Everything about this place is perfect. This is the best Chinese food I have had in the States. It is such a little gem. Mr. Li is so kind and friendly and the plateful of watermelon at the beginning of the meal was such a welcomed refreshment. We had the pork chow mein (wow!!) and the general tsao and sesame chicken. Both were white meat and crispy and delicious. I will drive the 90 min from my home here again. Worth it.

I was thrown off for sure at first, but everything was phenomenal! The owner was absolutely amazing and was checking on us often even though he was busy! The food was the best Chinese I’ve had in a minute! Everything came out fresh and melted your taste buds. We will forever stop here every time we pass through!

We visited this restaurant while staying in Cambridge for a river trip. Mr. Li is friendly, the place is warm and inviting. The food was excellent, the honey almond chicken was OMG good. Love the watermelon appetizer.

Li is a great guy, but single. He does everything himself & works so hard at it. You couldn't ask for kinder service, very attentive, and loves company.

Remember before the societal deluge of fast food when restaurant food used to be real, and it tasted amazing??
Welcome to Li's Chinese Kitchen. I have lived in Weiser for over 10 years and never knew this restaurant was there. The food is amazing, Li is sweet and charming, anf prices are super reasonable, most especially given the quality and quantity. We have been there twice already and will stop and pick up food to go or dine in whenever we are in the area which is often.
This is a quiet little hole in the wall. It is nothing fancy but it is very clean and very welcoming.
I have not had real chow mein in many years. Even my husband loved the chow mein (gried rice too!) and he will usually never touch it. The shrimp is delectable.. large pieces and cooked to perfection. The Mandarin chicken and General Tsao options are excellent as well. My only complaint is that his food has destroyed my low carb diet haha. Highly recommended! I will never go to another Chinese food restaurant again.

Best Chinese food in the USA. The honey walnut shrimp was amazing. We will always stop by here when visiting Idaho. We met Li, he is the owner and the cook. He has great service and brightened our day.
