My husband’s truck broke down by Cougar Mountain Lodge. When we walked in to get out of the cold and figure out our next steps in a warm space, the manager gave us something warm to drink and was just so kind and welcoming. I truly appreciate her hospitality during a stressful time. She let us use the landline to call someone to pick us up. After a girl's day on the water we stopped in for dinner. We dined on the patio. Prime rib sandwiches were delicious. Amber was very friendly. The covered wagon booths inside were very unique and cozy. Get out of the traffic and stop at Cougar Mountain Lodge for a meal or snacks. Support local business!
The food and the atmosphere was amazing, but I especially wanted to point out our server Maddie, she was so friendly and her spirit was infectious, full of joy and kindness I’d hurt someone if they crushed her spirit ☺️. Thx Maddie
