If you've ever been to Challis, you know that there are not many restaurants or coffee shops. This one is a bit of both! There's a coffee shop bakery and restaurant. You'll find outdoor seating and porch seating. It's nestled in the amazing small mountain town of Challis, Idaho where I went to high school. Passing through and found this surprisingly delightful bakery/coffee shop. Best drip coffee I've ever found. Most places it's so weak it's not worth being called coffee, here it was delicious and flavorful. Also had the veggie quiche, loaded with broccoli and peppers, positively yummy! Thank you!

Really cute spot with amazing, quick, friendly service and delicious, affordable food! Coffee and sausage especially stand out. My recommendation? Order the blueberry pancakes and make sausage egg tacos with them ?
