We went through the Chubbuck drive thru and waited about 20 minutes to get our order taken. And then we paid and waited another 15 minutes fir us to get the food, and the fries looked like they sat in grease!
I went here so my grandson could play on the kids equipment. I haven't eaten in a Burger King in years. I ordered a fish burger and Cheesy Tots. What a disappointment! The fish tasted rancid and the cheese inside the tots also tasted old and it was that terrible fake cheese. Gosh knows what is in it. They did swap me for some French fries which were good and not rancid. I should have ordered a burger it would have been better. I had a chocolate dessert that was really...
Used to be my Burger King location of choice, but with how the customer service has gotten and the near factor that I’ve been now sitting in the drive through for 16 minutes waiting for my food is a bit ridiculous, if their were other customers inside I’d understand but with the parking lot empty and me being the only one in the drive through
