Best crepes ever! Get one daily from fair, wish I was closer to Pocatello just for this reason!
The Crepes at Camilles are some of the best you can find in an area that spans many, many surrounding states. They are so tender, yet firm to hold any and all ingredients, and such a perfect aroma/taste. They have a great menu with many sweet and savory options. Run, don't walk, to Camille's when you see them. You won't regret it.
Camille's Crepes is currently at a cute little food truck park by Geronimos! We went in the evening, so we were the only ones in the park! The person making our crepes was so kind and efficient. I got the strawberry cheesecake crepe, and it was perfect! Sweet, but not so sweet I couldn't eat the full thing. The lemon berry is a little sweeter, but also so good. I was planning to eat dinner, but after this I was too full! You could definitely share an order :)
