Food is pretty decent for a sandwich shop. The dining space is open and comfortable. The sunshine through the window is very welcoming. Service was pretty quick and the worker was very kind and understanding when I grabbed someone else's order because mine looked different than the picture on the menu. The soda fountain needs some maintenance and improvement because Pepsi needed flavor syrup and Dr pepper got stuck running on and wasn't very bubbly.Parking: Big, open parking area shared with the mall parking lot.

Sooooo the food is pretty good obviously but this location definitely has issues with getting the *correct* food out. States they don’t prefer big orders in the drive through? Well then don’t have a drive through? 2 out of 5 times we have to go back to get food that’s missing from our order. I mean we won’t stop coming here, but wish their accuracy was better, and customer politeness
At first after going thru the drive thru I had a bad taste in my month of the service I experienced. I got home and I was missing half my order. Now I was frustrated cause my order was not that large. However, when I went back for them to corrected this mistake, to be honest I thought I would have to fight at first for this mistake to be corrected. Oh I was so wrong they were very apologetic and fixed their error right away. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the manager for being so amazing and making me day just a little bit better. Highly recommend this business. Their food is always yummy and now I know the service is top norch.

The food is nice if you're willing to pay the high price and risk getting the wrong order, or pay 5 bucks for 4 spoonfuls of Mac n cheese (unfortunately, that isn't an exaggeration).I used to buy the green goddess caprese sandwich here a couple of times per week, but they've lost my business forever.The manager whose name starts with an M (Margi or Marni or something like that?) she has ALWAYS fixed my order and made me happy. I have had to drive across town numerous times to get my order fixed. She is fantastic.But the manager with short blonde hair is simply awful.I bought a vegetarian sandwich, which was the only food I was going to eat all day. It was made with tons of chicken, so I went hungry. I came in the next day, and the manager with blonde hair fixed my sandwich (she admitted to being the one to mess it up the night prior) and PROMISED me that I would get a coupon for a free sandwich and soup -- Well, she lied. She gave me a two-year expired coupon for a free drink (under $6, which, as you know, most of the drinks are over $6)...I'm just going to start buying the arugula, mozzarella, tomatoes, pesto, basil, and aioli. What a shame.(Update: I have been buying the ingredients to make the sandwich myself, way cheaper and better!!)

Pulled in behind the car at the speaker around 5:45. It is now 6:30 when we are even at the window!? I understand its Sunday but you guys should have better window times as a former Fast Food worker. We just wanted to enjoy some good food after a 9 hr roadtrip Im not trying to be mean but it was super annoying have to sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes, then get talked to like yall dont have the time to take our order! Itll be a long time before we go back:/
