I just want to give a huge shoutout to Shay at Panera Bread! ❤
We placed an online order and unfortunately had a small item missing. I called to let them know, and Shay went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She took it upon herself to personally bring the missing item to us, even taking the time and using her own gas to make it happen.

We ordered food to go and it took about 25 minutes. Soup was hot but the sandwiches were lukewarm and very light on meat. I love Panera but this was not its best.
Very good food. I prefer to take out. Great bread given with salads. Perfect location. Good prices. We frequent here. Healthy fast food!
