“We have seen their ads on Local News 8 so we decided to stop by their Idaho Falls location on Wednesday, January 29th. I told the two women at the bakery counter we had seen their TV ads. They said they were glad the ads are working. My dear wife had their blueberry fritter and I had the strawberry frosted donut with fruity pebbles sprinkled on top. Both were really good. We placed an online order and unfortunately had a small item missing. I called to let them know, and Shay went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She took it upon herself to personally bring the missing item to us, even taking the time and using her own gas to make it happen.

What really stood out to me wasn’t just that she fixed the mistake—it was the fact that she genuinely cared that we were taken care of. She didn’t have to go out of her way like that, but she chose to. That kind of selflessness and customer service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.
