“We were in town for the weekend and randomly chose this place out of all the local Thai options. I am so glad we did! We were very impressed with our entire experience. - Great gluten free options. All of the curries are naturally GF and most of the noodle dishes can be made GF with GF soy sauce - Everything was delicious. The house curry was a perfect choice, incredible flavor and perfect amount of spice. Drunken noodles with beef was great. Kids pad thai was excellent. Chicken satay and orange chicken were tasty. (Tom kha soup and mango rice were the only things we didn't love) - The service was incredible. Katt was friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. Food was made to order but came out super fast. Our drinks were always full. - Prices were very affordable, especially for the portion sizes. In 2024, great entrees under $13 is much appreciated. If I'm ever back in this strange little town I know where I'll be eating!”

I just spent 30 minutes waiting for food in the drive thru because there were 3 cars visible ahead of me, so probably 4-5 orders ahead of me. I spent 5 minutes at the ordering speaker before they took my order. The fries were fresh and the burgers tasted great.”

“I will NEVER deal with this Jimmy John's again! Rude service! I needed 70 sandwiches made for a group of boys traveling through, in a bind, I needed them quick in a hour. I first called the 5th Street location which was WONDERFUL, helped me get the order going. Not being from Pocatello, I did not realize they were so far off the freeway. I called, told them my dilema and it would add 30 minutes to the boys travels. They told me no problem, they would void my order and to call the Chubbuck location. Extremely rude gentleman answered the phone, I tried to place the order. Told him 70 sandwiches. I thought he asked me to repeat the number and I said 70. He raised his voice, said "HELLO?! I can't do that order!" I told him the conversation I had with the 5th Street store and I was told to call them, said he did not care what the 5th street store said, he did not have the time to do this order. FREAKY FAST does not pertain to the Chubbuck Jimmy Johns. Even if they were slammed and could not do the order, this gentleman was extremely rude! Fortunately, Subway took the order the boys got fed!”

“Being from another country and first timers, we wanted to check it off our restaurant bucket list and dined there this evening. Our expectations weren't high, but this restaurant crushed it. The staff were busting their butts on an incredibly busy Saturday night, food was quick, cooked as requested, and there were ample choices offered at the salad bar, that had a dedicated attendant to make sure it was fresh ansld full.5 stars for steaks being cooked as requested.5 stars for service including our order taker, server and all the support staff.5 stars for the cleanliness of the restaurant for atmosphere.”

“A lot nicer, cleaner, and organized compared to other stores in town. My only issue here is that prices are slightly higher and you can get better deals at other stores.”
