“My daughter and I were so impressed after our visit to Kiwi Loco tonight. She has cancer, so we are taking more precautions than perhaps some other people. I was pleased to see that KL has also taken precautions to keep their customers and employees safe. There was hand sanitizer available when we walked in. They had napkins by the bowls, and signs inviting us to use a napkin when we touch the soft serve handles. Yay! That reduced my anxiety greatly. When we got to the fruit and refrigerated toppings, a helpful employee scooped up whatever we wanted and as much as we wanted. It made me feel more confident, knowing that only gloved employees were touching the handles and that I was the only one touching my bowl. It was the same when we got to the dry toppings. The bins had been turned around to face the employee, who happily served up as many M&Ms and gummy worms as my daughter could wish. When we got to the syrups, we could use napkins to touch the bottles. Everyone was wearing a mask. They were all so happy and helpful. I know some people don't believe this pandemic is a problem and probably think this is silly. But I'm extremely grateful to Kiwi Loco for taking these steps to keep us safe. None of it took any of the fun out of the experience. And if you think these restrictions are silly, you don't have to use hand sanitizer or a napkin. It's still the same, great, Kiwi Loco. If you are looking for a fun treat during the pandemic, I highly recommend them!“

“We came in to get some cookies for my family. The staff treated us with so much care and respect from the moment we walked in. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Delicious cookies and excellent service, we’ll definitely come again!“

“Came here on the 4th of July. This was the only place open, and so glad it was! Amazing ice cream and such an awesome combination with the store. The guy that was working was super friendly, too. This will be a must anytime we're in Pocatello!“

“They have the best cookies, by far! The drink of the month is always amazing and a great way to try new things! They are fast and friendly. With a hundred soda shops around, soda barn is my favorite“
