“Went through the drive through about 2:10pm today. Some of the best fast food customer service and best fast food I've had in a long time, first time ever eating Culver's and this location sure made it the best experience, the lady taking the orders through drive through was awesome and very kind while taking my order even when I interrupted her doing her job! What made it better was my food was HOT, HOT!! They were decently busy, but even though I had to pull forward to wait for my food it was out in under 5 minutes after paying! Definitely will be stopping in more often.“
“You know, I have always loved dairy queen and all of its menu items but one day I went for a snack and I simply asked for a butter finger blizzard. Now I don't know his name but the man making my blizzard messed up. He made the wrong blizzard, he made me a brownie blizzardinstead. He then of course tipped it upside-down before handing it to me and all of blizzard and its contents spilled out on the counter. I was very disappointed but also trying not to laugh. Now of course he remade me a new blizzard and it was butter finger, but he didn't tip it upside-down, I didn't blame him. So although this a big annoyance, I would still give a 5 star because yum. #review boy“
“Absolutely not safe for people with tree nut allergies. So I can't eat there, but I went in looking for a treat to surprise my husband for his birthday. He doesn't like sweets, but loves red velvet cake. The girls there were so helpful with figuring out what I could and couldn't touch because of my allergy to hazelnut, and they helped me figure out a way to surprise my husband in a way that didn't involve using my epipen. He said the cake pop was amazing, once he realized it was red velvet cake he scarfed it down, and I think he may have broken a land speed record eating it“
“My girlfriend and I just got done with funeral stuff all day and just wanted some comfort food so we came here. I felt so incredibly guilty for coming in 30 minutes before close and when I got there Nick was THE best customer service representative you could ever ask for for this company. He was so kind and so helpful, my order had a mishap and the cook Izzy and Nick gave me an extra fry for the mishap and It absolutely made my day. Both of them deserve a raise and props for the AMAZING customer service.“
“I have family in Idaho Falls that I visit often, and one thing we try to always do is pay a visit to Reeds! Their ice cream pays tribute to the cream in ice cream. They always have at least one flavor I didn't anticipate to see, and no matter what I end up choosing, I end up with a satisfied smile on my face and want to tell everyone about my delicious experience. I love that they also have other options in their fridges you can purchase to take home. They've thought of a lot that works perfectly in their community.“
“The grilled cheese was wonderful, as were the staff - they were out of what I was looking for but suggested a substitute and gave me a bit for free! You can taste the cheeses they make there (my favorites were ranch and BBQ), and I’ll definitely be back to get more and watch the cheese making process!“

“Great flavors but I prefer cookies that are baked to the proper texture. All the ones I’ve tried are still raw dough. If you like cookie dough, these are definitely the ones for you. If you want a cookie that is baked to perfection, move on… the frostings are wonderful but can’t hide the cold dough.“
“We came to 4 Scoops night! It was busy, and the scoopers were great!!! We didn't have Stanley cups, so we brought our bowls. We were grateful the scoopers said, "Okay!
