“Went through the drive through about 2:10pm today. Some of the best fast food customer service and best fast food I've had in a long time, first time ever eating Culver's and this location sure made it the best experience, the lady taking the orders through drive through was awesome and very kind while taking my order even when I interrupted her doing her job! What made it better was my food was HOT, HOT!! They were decently busy, but even though I had to pull forward to wait for my food it was out in under 5 minutes after paying! Definitely will be stopping in more often.“
“My husband and I ate inside Wendy’s tonight (which we normally would just hit the drive through) and were greeted by the kindest worker, Anthony. He helped place our order while dealing with an extremely rude customer and offered to help her fix it. The inside was clean, food was hot and tasty. I expect solid food at Wendy’s but I have to say the service surpassed all expectations.“
“My girlfriend and I just got done with funeral stuff all day and just wanted some comfort food so we came here. I felt so incredibly guilty for coming in 30 minutes before close and when I got there Nick was THE best customer service representative you could ever ask for for this company. He was so kind and so helpful, my order had a mishap and the cook Izzy and Nick gave me an extra fry for the mishap and It absolutely made my day. Both of them deserve a raise and props for the AMAZING customer service.“
“Look McDonalds breakfast is on point I cannot deny that but that’s all I’m going to McDonald’s for the rest of their menu is whack in my opinion. I do appreciate the location on Hitt road being open 24/7 and I’ve ever had issues with them foos getting my order all screwed up.“
“My wife and I have gone here twice and were impressed with how good the food was. The first day, the service was a bit slow, but they had a lot of new staff and faced a good amount of adversity with kegs going empty in the middle of a rush. The server was upfront and honest and was pleasant to see the owner/managers help their staff. The burger I ordered was spot on and the Japanese BBQ sauce with the wings is addicting. The atmosphere is nice and very comfortable with large TV's for sporting events. We did come back a week later (day before St. Patricks Day) and had their specials for the day which was shepherds pie and smoked lamb which were both amazing. If any staff and owners read this, please consider adding the shepherds pie to the daily menu. No ones makes an authentic shepherds pie like yours in Idaho Falls (perfect with a pint of Guinness). The service was a lot quicker the second time we went which tells me the first visit was truly an anomaly. We will definitely be back and one day hopefully conquer the burger challenge there!“
“came in after hearing the ad for it on Pandora and was passing though figured to give it a try. the food was pretty good and when I didn't know what to order for a shake I told them to surprise me and they sure did. I don't remember what they said was mixed with it but it was good. will be returning next time I'm passing “
“We went here had a great experience. You order and pay when you first arrive. The employees are very helpful with suggestions. I ordered the house burrito with the marinated pork, Adobada. My wife ordered the chicken pesto panini sandwich with fries. They have a lot of drink options. The food was absolutely delicious. My adobada burrito came smothered with poblano cheese sauce and a tasty grill chili pepper on top. The cheese sauce is so good you’ll find yourself making sure each bite has some on it. The adobado was very flavorful and delicious. I highly recommend it for burritos or tacos. The chicken pesto panini was cooked perfectly and there was so much melted cheese. Excellent crunch. The flavors blended together so well this sandwich became an instant favorite. The fries are homemade and pair very well with their fry sauce. The hours are typically from 11-4PM so be sure to plan accordingly. The employees are very helpful and will ensure you have a great experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Update, we already went back and I got a burger and onion rings, very good. The onion rings are large. I recommend Park Avenue Grill.“
“This was a place that a friend said we should try. So we decided to do just that. We were ready for breakfast and both us ordered.The place is really clean and bathrooms on the men’s side was ok my wife said the women’s was clean.They have a few salsas to choose from and that’s a plus. I had a sausage, bacon egg with light on the potato. My wife had the chorizo breakfast burrito and she said it was very tasty so you know I just had to try it. Both of them was very rummy and the salsa only helped enhance the flavors. I would definitely go here again for some of the other items on the menu.They have daily specials and they seemed reasonably priced.Didn’t ask about a veteran discount but I’ll update that later.Parking: Lots of parking. The others building were not open when we were there.Kid-friendliness: Lots of seating and they had high chairs.“
“Unbelievable food. I mean, expert chef level. So, how can a small bar (it's a bar, first and foremost, dim and loud) have a huge, broad menu, yet execute on that variety so skillfully? Blown away. Right down to the flavor of the beef patties. The BLT was perfect. I need to try their breakfast menu. Whoever is in the kitchen needs their names on the menu as recognition. The bartender who served us (I wish I remembered her name) treated us like VIPs and had a great sense of humor. You gotta try it.Parking: Unless there's a lot I didn't see, there's only like 10 stalls out front.Kid-friendliness: Over 21 only. Otherwise they'd love the food.“
“There were a lot of options to order here. That was nice. Some of the dishes were disappointing. The kid's macaroni was hard and not tasty. The salmon was a large portion, but tasted like it wasn't anything special. The service was lacking. It took a while to place our orders and then again it took a while to get our check.We will try it again. Perhaps it was just an off day.“
