Excellent customer service!
I always love the ice cream here, but every time I have been in this location their staff have been unwelcoming at best and genuinely rude at the worst. I understand being frustrated at your job, but that doesn’t mean you should be unkind to others.
Expensive and slow service, but delicious ice creams.

Cold Stone Creamery is a kid-friendly spot with clean high chairs and plenty of wheelchair accessible parking and access. The staff, including team members like Alex, Gavin, Corbin, Madison, and Chris, provide excellent service with friendly attitudes, making customers smile and laugh. The delicious ice cream is a treat, especially when made by Chris, who has a magic touch that keeps it frozen until it reaches home. Customers also enjoy the variety of ice cream flavors and mixins, which are available at affordable prices inside the store. Many visitors appreciate the welcoming environment and the opportunity to meet some of the friendliest staff around. However, some note that ordering through delivery services can be more expensive, especially for mixins, which are significantly cheaper when purchased in-store. The restaurant is a great place to go if you want a wide selection of ice creams and a fun experience, though it might not be ideal for those looking for low-calorie options. Overall, Cold Stone Creamery remains a popular destination for ice cream lovers seeking quality, friendly service, and a variety of flavors.
