If Chris makes your ice cream, you are in for a treat. He has got to be the best ice cream scooper on the planet. Not only did the ice cream taste better than it ever has, but it stayed frozen until I got home. Chris has the magic touch. Go Chris!

The ice cream tasted good, but as soon as she scooped it into the cup, it already looked semi-melted. I live 6 minutes from the store and by the time I got home, there was a puddle in my boyfriend’s hands from holding the cup. It had melted everywhere. I suggest turning the freezers to a colder temperature because the heaters in the store may be making the ice cream very soft…

Ice cream is so good!Cleanliness is so poor due to lack of training (majority of all hired employees are teenage girls- who need training as it's their first job).No management is the main cause of poor customer service. It's 6 from a far by owner. I highly discourage young girls working for the owner of Ammon, Rexburg and Pocatello. He screams and insults them. They are just incredibly disrespectful employers.Only one employee working during the day shift - a terrible time to go. The quality of customer service goes down closer to closing time - within 30 minutes.Again, the ice cream is great! If you don't care about cleanliness and supporting an owner with poor ethical standards

We ordered delivery and paid a total of $20 extra dollars to have the ice cream delivered between the driver tip and the delivery. Cold Stone for forgot one of our ice creams. I called them to see if they could make it, but told us they couldn't deliver it. When I asked for a refund, they told me they could only give it to me in cash. The whole reason we ordered delivery is because we couldn't get down there. Now we are $10 short on the ice cream that was missing and another $20 short on a tip and delivery fee for half an order.

We ordered a cake for my Son's Birthday party and when we picked it up there were errors with our cake. It was an Ice Cream and the party was an hour away. There was not enough time to fix it. We took the order but left disappointed.Not ten minutes later the helper at Cold Stone called us up and said they reached out to the Manager and explained our predicament.They came up with an acceptable compromise which solved our problem.We had an Ice Cream cake that was delicious. I would recommend Cold Stone for their super yummy sugar and I was not let down.Thank you. This experience, the way you handled it, and the tasty cake deserves 5 stars.
It's not right that my Special Needs daughter isn't allowed to use her gift cards for Cold Stone Creamery, because they don't take the time to fix the issues to the cash register!! I wasn't allowed to use reward points either! They make tons of money from customers to keep issues fixed.

Bunch of kids acting stupid. Went to take my girlfriend for some ice cream. We were the only ones in there and we stood there for 5 minutes while the workers just talked amongst themselves and pretended like we weren’t even there. Just walked out and went somewhere else. What a shame. Used to love Coldstone when I lived in Illinois, but the one in Pocatello SUCKS!!

Bruh! It's Cold Stone! You gotta be outta your mind or something if you don't like Cold Stone. We had a great visit here recently. Sure the gals were young and likely ISU students. But they did a great job that night. We had a good connection, they were engaged with us as customers. They accommodated our needs for extra "extras" and made our ice cream a huge hit. We left them a nice tip for delivering on "outstanding client satisfaction." I'd like to eat here more often, but my waist line won't allow it. I need a few more ski trips before I can order up another quart / half gallon of this lucious goodness. That's usually how we roll. So we'll see you soon for that monster serving of ice cream! Thanks for all your hard work!
