Thai Zap has the best fried rice!!! And, they offer it gluten-free!

We were driving through Pocatello and decided to order Thai Zap for take out. We love spicy food, and after reading other reviews choose level 4 spice. Arrived, the food was ready and still really hot, which was awesome. Ordered chicken Massaman and chicken pad Thai. Don’t know if we ordered wrong or if it’s normally that spicy. First time there. I asked for suggestions from the young man up front—telling him my general preferences—and he pointed me towards the Khoa Soi Chicken, which was amazing!I read from other reviews that they tend to be on the spicier side, so on the 1–5 scale, I ordered a 4 (instead of 5), as I still want all the flavors. It was plenty spicy, but I'll probably go with 5 next time as I expect the blend will still not be overpowered.Wholeheartedly recommend!
