Based on the reviews, Crumbl is the best place in town for cookies. The cookies are warm, thick, and perfectly gooey every time, tasting fresh right out of the oven. They are absolutely delicious, with a perfect frosting-to-cookie ratio. The rotating flavors make it impossible to choose just one; current favorites include the semisweet chocolate chip, the cheesecake ones, and the Dubai ones. The staff is always so nice, super friendly, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience better. The customer service is great, and the staff is happy to explain the weekly flavors. Crumbl never disappoints, and it is part of a weekly routine for many. However, customers are always a little sad they are closed on Sundays, and sometimes a desired cookie is sold out, which can be frustrating.
