We LOVEEEE arctic circle! I won’t go into full detail, but their courtesy cones are my son’s favorite! We go frequently for them and have never had an issue with any of the servers/staff! I called tonight and told their manager how amazing their store is and helpful it’s been for my son!
Justice G. was pleasant and friendly. She helped us when we were having problems with our order going thru on the website and took our order in store. She apologized for the issue and even offered to help us carry out the food and drinks. That is customer service that goes above and beyond. All the employees were helpful, nice and the store was clean and the atmosphere was inviting.
The staff was so friendly and their shakes are my favorite!
