This is a great food truck to grab some interesting and delicious food, drinks and snacks. The owner alternates locations between across the street from the Casino at the Shoban Museum (also worth a visit) on Wednesdays from 12-5, and Pocatello and Blackfoot with hours from 12-7. I got the smothered tamales and an aqua fresca for $10.50 and tried an Ube Horchata which was delicious.
