“This is a great food truck to grab some interesting and delicious food, drinks and snacks. The owner alternates locations between across the street from the Casino at the Shoban Museum (also worth a visit) on Wednesdays from 12-5, and Pocatello and Blackfoot with hours from 12-7. I got the smothered tamales and an aqua fresca for $10.50 and tried an Ube Horchata which was delicious. The three tamales were green Chile and pork with just the right amount of heat and topped with avocado cream, lettuce and tomato and it was very good. Also wanted to try the birria tacos and some of the fresh fruit options, but I couldn't finish the tamales. No seating at the museum location, but as a to go place would highly recommend.“

“The food court has a good variety of food. Their chicken bake is good, and pizza is ok. It would be nice if they had a sausage choice for pizza. Just having pepperoni and cheese is boring, and it would be better to have four different types of pizza. Like cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and pepperoni & sausage pizza. Their hot dogs are good. I wish they would bring back their Polish-dogs and the Sour-krout. Their desserts are good, too.“
