“I was visiting that city and decided to go to Elmer's to get a quick bite at the end of the day. Being my first experience, I decided to keep it simple and got a Reuben sandwich. It was absolutely delicious... surprisingly so. I will visit again if I am ever in the area. “

“I ate here on Friday the 17th at the recommendation of a friend. It's a good place to go for Mexican food.I ordered the Burrito de Carne Asada and the Chicken Taquitos to-go. Both items were very tasty and flavorful. Good size burrito and packed full, as you will see in my picture, with beans and rice. I was surprised actually how much carne asada was in the burrito. The menu is a pretty basic Mexican restaurant menu that you can find at almost any Mexican restaurant. They do offer a lot of dishes on their menu. I asked the hostes which dish she recommended, and all i got for an answer was, "There are so many choices." ?Overall, it was a good experience. It only took about 15 minutes to get my food ready. They packaged my burrito on a paper plate, which I didn't mind because I didn't have to dirty any dishes. The restaurant seemed very clean. As I was waiting for my food, several groups of people came in and were seated almost immediately. So, there does not appear to be a long wait time to be seated. Even for a Friday night. The staff seemed very friendly and inviting.I'd recommend Chapala's for anyone. I'll probably go back again and try new items. K!“

“Very nice little restaurant right in the heart of downtown Pocatello. The island fries were great! Definitely get the Katsu chicken. I got the teriyaki and it was ok but a little too sweet and strong for my liking. The Katsu was fantastic! Very good Mac salad as well. I’ll definitely be back!Not as good as Hawaiian Bros but I’m super happy with it and just glad Pocatello finally has a great local Hawaiian spot!“

“Just got home from breakfast at Abracadabra's. Loved the coffee cups. The only thing better than the service was the food. My server, Kydince, was very kind and wonderful. Knowledgable about the menu and very nice. Had the fanatical farmer, their version of an everything skillet. Also had a 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy. Sorry for the pic of half eaten B & G. Was so good I forgot to stop and take pics. The food was EXCELLENT. All and all very good place to eat. Will definitely be back.“

“Just did my first order with this place. Lucas took my phone order. BEYOND friendly and nice! I'm visiting this town and today was my last night in town (so I was in a silly mood trying to see if i could get a coupon on such a weird order). Lucas was laughing with me and took my order in a timely professional manner. Very clear in reading back my order and made sure not to read my card number back, but had me repeat it.I found this experience beyond wonderful and i can see why everyone recommended this place. “I always leave here still hungry, but if I get 2 entrees for breakfast, I get enough food. I love their refrigerator housemate jam, that's what I actually look forward to. The staff is great and tries to get to know the regular patrons. I feel like it is expensive for what you get.“

“This is the best Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to! If you are looking for friendly staff who constantly look after you, this is the place! Not only does the food at Texas roadhouse make you hungry for more, but the service that is given at the Pocatello Idaho Texas roadhouse is second to none! “Best pizza and pasta buffet I have been to.Vegetarian options: Always has Cheese pizza and dessert pizzas. You can also request any pizza you want and they will make it. My wife's favorite is peach.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust upon request and a nice salad bar.“

“Jakers was great! A reasonablly priced, medium upscale steakhouse located in Pocatello! Jakers reminds me a lot of Stanford's in the Portland, Oregon area.... almost exactly the same style food, ambiance and interior layout. I got the almond crusted chicken and wow it blew my taste buds out of the water! Absolutely delicious! I should also note that you get a great sized starter salad with your meal and home style buttered buns with honey butter!! Our server was super great and was very attentive to our groups needs throughout our meal. Prices are a little high, but you get great food and service for what you pay, so it's well worth it in my opinion! Highly recommend if you're in the Pocatello area!“

“Such a hidden gem that we stumbled upon while passing through Pocatello. The Khao Soi was almost enough to transport us back to Thailand and the red curry was incredibly flavorful and the perfect spice. The cherry on top was the lovely staff! We will make it a point to stop next time we’re passing through!“

“Puerto Vallarta is where Perkins used to be. I was in Pocatello for the weekend and decided to try it. I ordered the spicy chicken with rice and a bean soup. My wife ordered a burger and fries. The menu said the chicken was spice level 2. I took one bite and was surprised how spicy it was. I wasn't prepared for how hot it was, but it was still manageable. I was able to finish the meal. I'd just warn those with a low spice tolerance to maybe get something on the mild end.My wife's burger was on toast rather than a bun, but she said it was tender and the bread was not soggy.The horchata tasted watered down so it was kind of disappointing.Servers all speak Spaninsh here.“

“We really enjoyed our experience. The only negative was that the chef used his spatula to turn on the hood then cooked our food with it. A bit pricey but we all had takeout containers too because there was so much to eat. Great for a special occasion.“

“I’ve enjoyed Butterburrs, and usually went for the SST (soup/salad, sandwich, treat), so this is a great way to enjoy the same food much faster.I took the drive thru around 5 PM on a Monday, and was on my way in less than 10 min.Attached menu pictures are from January 2024. Price is decent for the quantity (you get 16oz of soup + modest sandwich + good sized treat!), and using the monthly BOGO coupon gets you two meals for under $15!They were happy to accommodate a request for no dairy on our order.“
