“I have been ordering street tacos from the catering menu for my work team the last two years from the Jefferson location. We get 2 trays Steak tacos, one tray chicken tacos, one tray pork tacos, one rice tray, one bean tray, 2 bags of chips and an extra 24oz green salsa. There is enough food for at least 26 people. We usually have beans and rice left over with a few tacos. The food is always hot and tastes great. Our order is always ready and if I make a last minute addition, it doesn't take the staff long to get it made. The chips and salsa usually get eaten in two days out in the office area. we don;t eat in so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. Rated by a guy from Idaho.“

“Absolutely loved our experience at Puerto Vallarta Tex-Mex! We came in with a table of 8 and were blown away by how fast, friendly, and attentive the service was. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the staff was on it—our cups never even made it to half full before someone was offering refills. Seriously impressive. The food? 🔥 Across the board. We had the chimichangas, charro beans with bacon and cilantro (SO good), the macho burrito, the El Gayo burrito, and enchiladas—every single dish was flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned. What really sealed the deal was that the owner personally came over to check on us. Such a genuine, kind guy—it made the experience feel even more special and welcoming. “It’s nice that the Canvas Grille is back to being open since the remodel the last few months. The new addition of the bar area is a plus. I enjoyed sitting there the other night after the Ying Yang Twins concert and even got a picture with Pettey Ramboa for my bday outing in the lobby. The bartenders were kind and helpful to me and I felt bad for them because there were so many patrons after the concert got out that some of them were rude to the servers. I’ve been a server most my life so know how hard and overwhelming people can be. When Dustin or (Justin) I always get his name wrong but he is so nice and a good bartender!! Makes an Awesome Lemon 🍋 Drop Martini!!“
