It’s nice that the Canvas Grille is back to being open since the remodel the last few months. The new addition of the bar area is a plus. I enjoyed sitting there the other night after the Ying Yang Twins concert and even got a picture with Pettey Ramboa for my bday outing in the lobby. The bartenders were kind and helpful to me and I felt bad for them because there were so many patrons after the concert got out that some of them were rude to the servers. The food was good. Better than what I expected. I did enjoy my meal. Our server was attentive and took very good care of us. Though everything was big and beautiful in the casino. Nice and clean in the restaurant and the bathrooms. The atmosphere itself seemed to have a quiet sadness about it. Not much hustle and bustle. Maybe it was just an off time. Based on the provided reviews, Camas Restaurant offers delicious food, with highlights including the Wagyu New York Steak with Chimichurri, brown butter cake with raspberry glaze and fresh fruit, and finger steaks. The fry bread is recommended with anything. Prices are reasonable and portions are plentiful. The restaurant has been remodeled, bringing a clean and comfortable atmosphere with huge parking lots. However, service is inconsistent. While some staff are incredible and happy, others are disrespectful, never smile, and seem mad. The service is often super slow, with a host not at the front desk and wait times of 3 to 6 minutes. The restaurant seems understaffed, although servers are hustling.
