Having a Starbucks inside a store is just not the same. But the staff are always friendly! The area is always cleaned and things are in stock. It's just the atmosphere for me that is off.Everything else about the Starbucks is perfect! But I want to sit outside and enjoy my coffee. Having coffee next to fried chicken doesn't flow for me personally. However, I do see a lot of people going here and having a great time. Had not been to this particular Starbucks. I'm on my way out of town, but not without coffee. Took my personal cup in, and the cute waiter took care of me from start to finish. To be fair, I'm simple, drip coffee, cream, and sugar-free vanilla. It was perfect. Even simple can be difficult.I've been to many Starbucks, as a clan is a clan. This design is perfect. I'm going back next time in town.

What can I say about Starbucks in Pocatello, Idaho... in general, great consistent service and quality Coffee Products. There food isn't bad, but not great. I would go out of my way for the Coffee, but not the food. Service at the drive through varies some based on who's at the counter. The lady today knew my name by my order and voice - I didn't give it to her. Large Iced Carmel Mociato with an extra shot of espresso - an iced quad.
