What can I say about Starbucks in Pocatello, Idaho... in general, great consistent service and quality Coffee Products. There food isn't bad, but not great. I would go out of my way for the Coffee, but not the food. Service at the drive through varies some based on who's at the counter. The lady today knew my name by my order and voice - I didn't give it to her. Large Iced Carmel Mociato with an extra shot of espresso - an iced quad. I order the same thing every day. I got into an argument another time at checkout, ordering the same thing and I was given a medium with 3 shots for the same price as the large with 4. Despite my saying I order the same thing every day she insisted I got what I paid for. Turns out a large hot is smaller (because there is no ice in the cup). Anyway, 99% of the time service is stellar.

Should have had given them half a star or a quarter. Not an option? Too bad! I never stop here for food since processed cuisine of better quality is available all over town. From Starbucks all I ever want is a fast made beverage. It is not always fast, but can we at least keep it friendly? Somewhat friendly? What type of ambiance may they create if at the end of the order a girl asked my wife "You have a name?". That is precisely how she chose to word it. Come on... That is just plain rude like if my wife forgot to introduce herself thrice. What do you answer to that? Yes, it is so nice to have not a number, but a name. I'm so glad my parents figured how to assign one to me. Or should one answer a question with another question like are you allergic to tips? I know how to make coffee and for the price of two I can make my own for weeks in a row. Try to have more empathy in a slow paced customer service environment it never hurts. Being polite should not require that much effort. Here's your tip of the day. You are very welcome.

Having a Starbucks inside a store is just not the same. But the staff are always friendly! The area is always cleaned and things are in stock. It's just the atmosphere for me that is off.Everything else about the Starbucks is perfect! But I want to sit outside and enjoy my coffee. Having coffee next to fried chicken doesn't flow for me personally. However, I do see a lot of people going here and having a great time. Sitting at the clean tables and talking, having a great time. So if you don't mind a grocery store atmosphere then this coffee shop hits all the spots. The staff are probably one of the more friendly Starbuck staff I have encountered.

Had not been to this particular Starbucks. I'm on my way out of town, but not without coffee. Took my personal cup in, and the cute waiter took care of me from start to finish. To be fair, I'm simple, drip coffee, cream, and sugar-free vanilla. It was perfect. Even simple can be difficult.I've been to many Starbucks, as a clan is a clan. This design is perfect. I'm going back next time in town.
Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the drinks they serve. Able to help create new drinks and specials to keep things fun and creative. My favorite Starbucks in town.Kid-friendliness: Have many kid friendly options. Offer samples to ensure kids like what they order. Of course, you can never go wrong with cake pops!Parking: Tons of parking and open spaces do to it being inside a retail store.Wheelchair accessibility: Open seating that is between the deli and Starbucks. Enough space to ensure room for wheelchair access.Dietary restrictions: Drinks are made to order which is perfect for people with allergies to milk or other products used in drinks. Plenty of substitutions available to ensure your drink is made to taste great. Plus they remake it if you don't like what they suggest.

I can't really tell you gHow good the food is because I never get food here, but it seems a bit overpriced. The drinks are always good and if they're not they will fix them for you. The staff ways have great customer service! One of my favorite drinks is cold brew coffe with brown sugar syrup, creme brulee syrup, topped with vanilla cold foam! Yuuum

Great to grab a pick me up before or after shopping. A little slower than a regular Starbucks because there are less employees but most of the time not a bad wait. Definitely a great addition.
